GENERAL INFORMATION

RECEPTION

The reception is open 24 hours a day. To contact the reception from your room, please call 100.

CHECK IN CHECK OUT

The entrance to the room on the day of arrival is from
15:00pm and departure until 12:00pm.
If you wish to depart a few hours later please inform the Reception Department of any availability one day before your departure.

INFORMATION SERVICE

The host team assists you with all your requests regarding
Pieria Prefecture: prefecture information, attractions,
restaurant / bar suggestions, activities and festivals.

MEDICAL SERVICE

If you require medical help please contact reception. The nearest pharmacy is located in ‘PARALIA’.

ROOM SERVICE

Room service is available 24 hours a day. A menu with
various snacks and drinks is available. To order, call 501.

HOUSEKEEPING

Rooms are cleaned and tidied daily in the morning service.
There is also a second service every day until 21:00. For
extra cleaning service or extra towels please contact
reception.

Please do not remove towels from your room, they are not for beach use.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

You will find the laundry list inside the wardrobe. Please
give it to your housekeeper. All orders will be returned within 48 hours

IRON/IRONING BOARD

Please contact the reception if you wish to have delivered the iron and ironing board.

SAFE BOX

You will find instructions for using the safe in your closet.

The municipal parking is located just a few meters from the Ammos Hotel (150 meters).
The private parking is located just a few meters from the
Ammos Hotel (150 meters) with a daily charge of 5 euros.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Public Transport timetable is available at reception.
Free transport to and from the bus and the train station.

LUGGUGES

Luggage storage is available in case of early arrival and late departure.
There is a luggage transfer service also.

BEDS

Possibility of adding an extra bed
Two pillows are available and there is a hypoallergenic
option

ESPRESSO MACHINE

Espresso machines are available in all rooms.

LOST ITEMS

All items are stored in the cleaning department for 3
months.
